Many restaurant, retail and hospitality services are easily accessible from 130 Forbes Boulevard. Logan International Airport is 30 miles northeast and T.F. Green Airport, in Providence, Rhode Island is only 25 miles from the building. Transatlantic Management sold this building in 2005.
60 Gore Street
Previously a parochial school, 60 Gore Street is ideally located next to the Lechmere T stop. Transatlantic Investment Management sold this building in 2003.
271 Cambridge Street
Courtside Place, at 271 Cambridge Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is located in the legal center of Cambridge. It is adjacent to the local registry, probate court, district court and county court. The building's lead tenant, the Middlesex County Sheriff's Department, chose this building for its location, access to local amenities and close proximity to public transportation including the MBTA Green Line and numerous bus routes. Transatlantic Investment Management sold this building in 2002.
