We use Yardi Voyager web-based software, the industry leading provider of accounting software specifically designed for the real estate industry. Your team has 24-hour access to your data, securely and from anywhere.

Lender and Investor Reporting
Standard reporting packages on a schedule required by lenders and investors. If you have reporting requirements in addition to monthly/quarterly, we can ensure that all your reporting needs are met. Also, if you have additional investor reporting needs, we can tailor financial reports to allow you to meet your commitments to your investors.
Year End Audit Support
We work with your audit firm to provide the relevant information at year end. If you are in search of an accounting firm, we can help in that search to find the right auditor for your needs.
Accounts Receivable
Our team is trained in Yardi and can assist in researching misapplied payments, communicating returned checks and completing move out deposit accounting in a timely manner. We will complete the monthly bank statement reconciliation and work with your staff on any outstanding items.
Budgets
We can work with your staff to review and supply financial information for your upcoming budget year. We can review and provide recommendations for an accurate budget.
Accounts Payable
Our team uses Yardi PayScan to process payables from receipt of the invoice to the payment of the vendor. Invoices are submitted in electronic form with the approval process being completed entirely online. This saves time and resources and ensures that all of the approval processes are followed. In addition, completing the payables process online, provides an audit trail for review.
