Our clean, spacious, and modern conference rooms are available to tenants and visitors on an hourly basis. The prices below are our visitor rates. Discounted and free rates are available to our tenants. Please contact us for more information. 




This meeting room usually seats up to four people. In order to maintain social distancing, we are currently renting this space out as a day office.




This meeting room usually seats up to eight people. We are currently using this space for meetings of up to four people.

This larger space can accommodate socially distant meetings of up to eight people. The configuration can be changed to meet varying needs

Private Offices

Our private offices come fully furnished and offer our tenants a quiet place to work. Private offices can fit between one and four desks and start at $500 per month. Please contact us for more details and to schedule an in-person or virtual tour

Virtual Packages


Basic Package

The Basic Package provides you with a virtual suite number and mail service. We will receive and hold your mail for collection. In addition, you have access to additional business center services on an "as available" basis.


Standard Package

The Standard Package provides you with everything in the Basic Package plus up to two hours per month of free conference room usage. With the Standard Package you also receive an access card, allowing 24-hour access to hour facility for after-hours meetings and mail collection at your convenience.


Professional Package

The Professional Package offers all the benefits of Plantation Executive Suites with the exception of an office of your own. We will answer your phone and forward calls. You receive all of the benefits of the Standard Package plus two extra hours of conference room time (for a total of four hours per month)

Black/white $0.10/copy, Color $0.75/copy


Incoming: $0.50/page
Local Outgoing: $0.25/page
Domestic Outgoing: $1.00/page
International Outgoing: $1.50/page

Mail Services (USPS, Courier, etc.)

Cost plus 20%
